Job Description:
Under direct supervision, assists in the implementation, development and administration of Essentia Health’s talent acquisition strategy. Responsible for attracting, recruiting, and screening qualified applicants. Partners with leadership to ensure department and organizational staffing goals are met. Represents the organization at career fairs. Represents the talent acquisition department while participating in projects or project teams. Provides support to leadership on the entire talent acquisition process, including advising on staffing policies and procedures, developing an ongoing pool of qualified candidates, posting and applicant screening or interviewing, documentation and post-hiring activities, and establishing working relationships with internal and external contacts.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a preference in human resources, business management, or related field
Experience working within Healthcare is highly preferred
