Corporate Human Resource Administrators partner with the Corporate Manager of Human Resources to provide support to nearly 50 branch offices across the US, by helping to provide an outstanding onboarding experience for newly hired members of the GardaWorld family along with making a huge difference in the lives of over 28,000 US based employees by supporting them in challenging times such as leaves of absence and workers’ compensation matters. In short, Corporate Human Resources Administrators are integral in helping to cultivate an inclusive, positive and productive US based workforce.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new hire data, and update previous employees’ data.
Update internal HR databases, such as leaves of absence, unemployment, and workers’ compensation.
Assist with branch onboarding, to include but not limited to “pushing” people through from the ATS through electronic storage of files.
Manage data associated with employee licensing and compliance.
Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment offers, and compensation lists.
Assist recruiters, talent acquisition, and other HR staff with activities, such as onboarding of new team.
Answer applicant and employee queries, and help them resolve them internally, if possible.
Become an expert in the HRIS software of the organization, and make sure it’s updated.
Support Workers’ Compensation & FMLA reporting process.
Audit the unemployment platform to ensure timely response on all matters.
Oversee national employee personnel file audits.
Process HR based mail to include forwarding matters to specific branches for addressing.
Supply geographic wage data to the branches as a back up to the Human Resources Manager.
Support the filing of EEO-1 reports; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations for corporate office.
Work within key performance metrics and implement plans for their continued improvement.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required
Associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field desired
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast paced, human resources environment
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with very high Excel expertise
Paralegal or similar background of legal experience a plus
Experience researching problems, digging deep, and finding solutions
Prior experience with compliance, internal audits, and/or documentation
