Overview:
The GM Financial Account Manager – Protection continuously strengthens current dealer relationships and improves Finance & Insurance (F&I) contract count through consistent, approved account development/management activities. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the dealers, manufacturer partners, and GM Financial. This team member`s overall responsibility will be to deliver the value proposition as an F&I expert and trusted advisor to generate ancillary contracts through product knowledge, industry knowledge, and training demonstrations.
