eSkillz is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to enhance our Human Resources Division. We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to assist with managing monthly payroll processing, employee onboarding and data management, and benefits deployment and support. The ideal candidate is first and foremost experienced with Excel data management and ADP administration. This person will enjoy a diverse workload and receive directives from internal management. Additional duties may involve supplying employees with manuals, booklets, forms, provider information, and any other relevant information regarding benefits. This is a 100% remote position with travel at staff’s discretion.
