THE ROLE
We’re looking for a self-starting, result-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our sales leadership team. This position will drive growth in the sales organization by providing business intelligence and overseeing the CRM and sales funnel.
As a Sales Operations Manager you will work closely with sales leadership to develop and communicate sales forecasts, support the creation and administration of sales compensation plans, ensure data integrity and champion the optimization of our CRM.
This is a full-time exempt role (administrative exemption) that reports to the Cheif Revenue Officer.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Execute all job duties in alignment with Dispatch’s core values, mission, and purpose

Develop and communicate sales forecasts for new and existing markets
Maximize use of our company CRM (Hubspot), write workflows to automate sales processes and increase sales productivity
Collaborate with Marketing to help automate workflows, ensure data accuracy, and work to eliminate redundancy
Support sales leaders in the development of commission and incentive structures; partner with finance and HR teams to coordinate the calculation and administration process
Serve as a point of contact for employees and leaders to address questions regarding compensation plans, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Work cross functionally to provide reporting and leverage business intelligence to make recommendations that maximize growth and efficiency
Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve sales productivity
Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to help the sales team run faster
Support Sales Leadership with sales administration activities, such as maintaining territory/market assignments, rep performance tracking, funnel conversion analysis, budgeting, and future planning
Perform other duties as assigned (to be less than 10% of your responsibilities)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations role, preferably in a high-growth environment (required)
Experience writing and/or administering sales incentive compensation plans (required)
Experience working with CRM (required)
Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience working with data (required)
1+ years of experience leading a Sales Operations team (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related fields (preferred)
