POSITION SUMMARY

This role serves as a generalist, with emphasis and involvement in all aspects of the Human Resources function. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures in the area of general office operations, administration, compliance, recruiting/selection, onboarding and employee relations. Additional duties may be assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primary work space will an indoor, professional office setting; occasionally requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in presence of dust and odors. May be susceptible to the exposure of various chemicals, bodily fluids and blood borne pathogens, prolonged exposure to sunlight or rainy conditions

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Field of Study: Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years related experience required
COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office Suite experience required. HRIS or contact management systems. JD Edwards, SilkRoad – Open Hire or Red Carpet preferred.
