The Recruiting Manager role is part of one of the most vital pieces of the company, ensuring that quality human assets are readily available for the flood of work that is constantly getting generated. This person will be responsible for daily reporting of driver statuses and engage in all aspects of recruitment across multiple divisions. Active oversight and collaboration with the recruiting team will be necessary to delegate and take over tasks to ensure hire targets are met timely. Maintaining active communication with the team and being proactive and organized are key to success in this position.
