Key Responsibilities:
Build meaningful partnerships within your core business groups and across our United organization while continually growing your understanding of the business
Be a trusted business partner and coach, empowering leaders, and employees every day
Positively impact our people and our business by proactively finding opportunities, creating innovative solutions, and implementing clear strategies
Lead and deliver programs focused on but not limited to diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
Analyze and leverage people analytics to understand trends, make decisions, tell our story, or make a case for change
Champion HR through day-to-day business group support
Collaborate with our HR COEs (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Labor Relations, HR Services, Talent Acquisition) to deliver best in class programs and initiatives
Strengthen our broader HR organization by partnering with your HR colleagues on various growth initiatives or project teams

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Someone who brings their authentic selves to work every day and strives to make a positive impact
Progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, typically having a Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent work experience
Ability to build trusted relationships, coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees across multiple divisions
High level of HR and business acumen, including consulting, project management, presentations, conflict management, and analytical skills
Self-motivated with a strong bias for action, is organized, and always goes above and beyond to deliver results
