We are looking for an energetic HR professional to work as a part of Ariel’s Human Resources team. This individual will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an inherent drive to serve the needs of the customer and work cross-functionally within the department. In this position, your chief responsibility is to provide quality service for all internal and external customers, while applying basic knowledge of Human Resources programs, policies, and practices within the company, and serve as a back-up resource for leaves of absence and benefit-related areas as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field of study required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in Microsoft Office required; experience with HRIS systems preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills required
Strong focus on customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality required
Desire to grow and expand professional responsibilities required
