The responsibilities of this position include assisting in the design, coding, testing, and deployment of technical solutions for clients or internal processes. You will apply these solutions through configurations and scripting of a back-end benefit administration platform or by using a variety of internal and cloud environments. You may be required to communicate with technical contacts at 3rd party vendors to facilitate the development and testing of these solutions.
Because of the steep learning curve resulting from the unique nature of what we do, this is an entry level position (0-3 years of experience) that focuses mostly on back-end development. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate examples of “outside the box” thinking and the completion of an exploratory questionnaire will precede any face-to-face interview. F1 applicants must be in their initial OPT authorization period or have at least 18 months remaining on their STEM OPT extension.
