The Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain North America (CASC NA) Business HR Leader will collaborate with business leaders within a group to execute critical human resources strategy, organizational design, leadership development, strategic workforce planning and talent management, team and organization effectiveness and change management. In this role, you will be a champion for change to advance organizational goals and key strategic initiatives and translate and execute business strategies, challenges and human resources needs. You will be a member of the CASC NA BOSC leadership team and independently tackle complex issues in a global matrix organization. The CASC NA business spans three countries and approximately 4,000 employees. This position is responsible for the CASC NA, Business Operations Supply Chain (BOSC) function which spans 3 countries with approximately 2,600 employees. Key Accountabilities
Build strategic partnerships with leadership on business issues and execute innovative and customer oriented human resources solutions that are based on business objectives to drive strategy and protect business assets.
Execute on the development of metrics and analytics to assess overall human and organization health of the business to influence decisions and deliver meaningful insights.
Provide business and industry trend expertise to identify gaps and anticipate impact of changes on the workforce and business.
Manage the execution of identified opportunities to drive value in the business and identify the resources needed for support.
Guide, coach, and influence business leaders on making better talent decisions to execute strategy and drive business performance.
Design, develop and deploy new capabilities in the business.
Partner with the leadership team to lead a talent strategy and ensure business objectives are achieved.
Develop strategies that deliver results in a fast-changing business. You will also collaborate with managers in your organization to lead strategic workforce planning that align s with current and future needs.
Ability to lead organization through significant growth and change.
Lead and champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts across Cargill.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience working in a regional or global role, supporting multiple countries
Minimum of six years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in a related field
Professional certification in human resources
Experience with MADJV (mergers) and greenfield projects
Experience working in or supporting production environments
Experience working in a regional or global role, supporting multiple countries
Experience working effectively in a large matrix organization
