Behrens and Associates, Inc, Environmental Noise Control – A highly successful Acoustical Consulting and Sound Control Firm have an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Human Resources Generalist.
The Human Resources Generalist performs a broad range of HR-related duties and works closely with the HR manager in supporting designated geographical regions.
This position carries out responsibilities in the areas of multi-state payroll processing, recruitment assistance, orientation and on-boarding, policy interpretation and enforcement, employee relations, performance management, training, affirmative action/EEO compliance, employee records maintenance and retention, benefits and HRIS administration, and employment law compliance in accordance with quality management principles and overall objectives of the Company. The Human Resources Generalist provides excellent customer service to internal and external client groups through professional and timely communications.

ENC offers technical support services for noise and vibration measurement, analysis, mitigation and noise abatement. Engineered solutions for construction site noise barriers, indoor and outdoor equipment enclosures, code and regulatory compliance, film and entertainment locations.
