Functional Requirements:
Computes total time worked by employees by calculating daily/weekly hours using time clock data or other means of in/out times based on assigned schedule; balances hours calculated on daily/weekly basis; enters time entry into designated software for payroll submission; may track additional data needed for contract compliance; may assist with spreadsheets and other software; may interview employees to discuss hours worked and pay adjustments to be made; may review other’s work for accuracy; apply basic recordkeeping and other procedures for concentrating on details; completes and files jobsite and corporate paperwork; performs additional assignments as required.
Qualification Standards:
Knowledge of computers, MS Office,
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation

Pay: $11.98 – $29.28 per hour
