POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Global TMX Resources is responsible for administering human resources policies, programs and practices, particularly with regards to compensation, employee relations and recruitment.

ESSENTIAL INTELLECTUAL FUNCTIONS:
The Manager, Global TMX Resources must rely on expertise, logic and sound judgment to resolve a wide variety of HR issues, working with team members and management staff to develop appropriate programs, to introduce solutions to problems and to support and develop a positive work environment for all, as well as support Company vision and value statements, policies and procedures, privacy, security and confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
