The Telecommunications Account Manager, you will be responsible for contacting and leveraging relationships directly with customers to continue their relationship with Crosstar Networks. The candidate must have a wide knowledge base of telecommunication products & services to be a success in this position.
Your responsibilities will include:
The account manager will contact customers to build and maintain a relationship
Contract renewals
Retention for at risk accounts
Reviewing product & services for possible upgrades and upselling
Tracking activities through the various stages of the process while supporting the customer
Skills and experience:
Must have 3 to 5 years telecommunication experience
candidate must have a broad knowledge of telecom products & services
