Job Description
We have an opening in our Account Management Department. The duties of this job are as follows:
- Answer incoming patient and client phone calls.
- Reviewing accounts and answering patient questions.
- Processing and reviewing the work of our overseas team that posts the majority of our client payments
- Posting periodic patient and insurance payments that have to be worked in house.
- Working feedback reports to resolve insurance overpayments and payment discrepancies.
- Working credits on accounts to troubleshoot, resolve and/or process for refund.
- Potentially provide software training support to clients if applicant is knowledgeable and can learn and adapt quickly which would result in a higher level of pay.
Candidate must have a professional and pleasant approach with a team player attitude, excellent oral and written skills, typing a minimum 50 WPM, the ability to quickly move from one task to another, have strong math skills and be able to analyze patient financial ledgers with ease, time prioritization, accountability, and dedicated customer service attitude. Minimum pay is $15/hr, but pay offered will be based on experience and job abilities listed above.
