SUMMARY
The National Account Specialist is responsible for developing new business while servicing existing strategic relationships between PGTI and our key business customers. As well as identifying or developing resources within our company to meet the strategic needs of those customers and to develop business solutions that will not only ensure stability in these business relationships but also assure profitable growth for our company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* include the following. Other duties may be assigned.*
Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Team Members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to make sound decisions with limited supervision
Ability to deal effectively with diverse types of people
