Full Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager for fast growing company. The role will be instrumental in developing and managing the HR program for this fast-growing organisation.
Candidates experienced in multisite HR management and start-ups are preferred. Candidates with 5 yeas HR related experience are required.
Duties:
· Manage full life-cycle recruitment, implementing recruiting strategies to support current and future hiring needs for entry level through senior management roles
· Build a HR management department from scratch
· Oversee onboarding process for new Associate: set up requests with IT and Facilities, new hire orientation & paperwork, HR processes and announcement, create & manage Assimilation Plan, and keep track of 90-day review process ensuring the best new Associate experience.
