The University
of Maine System (“UMS”) Human Resources team is seeking an experienced, innovative, and customer experience-focused HR
professional for a leadership position at the University of Maine at Presque Isle (“UMPI”). The HR leader is responsible for
addressing the University system, campus, and department needs with effective HR strategies. The position collaborates with HR subject
matter experts to develop and implement HR solutions that support relevant strategic goals and provides comprehensive HR generalist support
to faculty and staff. The position serves as a primary consultant to leaders in maximizing results using sound HR practices, providing
reliable direction and counsel on HR-related issues and/or services while ensuring consistency and compliance with policies and regulatory
requirements. This incumbent will have a reporting relationship with both the Chief Human Resources Officer as well as the campus President
and serve as a member of the UMS HR leadership team. We are a large and interconnected team of hard-working individuals. Come share your

The starting salary will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
