We’re looking for a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to help us transform the way primary care is delivered and how patients are served. This leader will report to the Chief HR Officer and will serve as a key partner to the VillageMD and Village Medical leadership teams in building a world class recruiting function and candidate experience that will drive aggressive growth as our model continues to scale.

As the Vice President, Talent Acquisition you will be a hands-on leader owning the strategic design and execution of talent acquisition initiatives for the medical group, shared services, and corporate functions. This leader will be trusted to balance ownership for driving strategic partnerships with our Operations leaders while developing and executing against a high-volume recruiting strategy. You will be accountable for strategy design, but also multiple market implementations and innovation on channel strategy and process unique to market characteristics. You will work with your team to develop talent attraction strategies for our key talent pools while also establishing and innovating on the processes, systems, tools and culture that will create a long-term candidate pipeline. A successful candidate for this role will be an experienced, agile, results-oriented, collaborative leader who is excited to create nimbly and see the impact of their work on our organization.
