General Summary
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing strong support to the BEUMER North America marketing team and Logistic Systems sales team.
A key function will be event management, including all aspects of planning and execution of events of different sizes and purposes Responsible for overseeing and managing events while addressing potential problems that may arise. The ideal candidate will manage potential vendors, be familiar with service contracts and manage communications with internal team and client stakeholders.
This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
This individual will assist the Logistic Systems sales team in maintaining sales pipeline reports and other administrative tasks using our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, C4C and assist in proposal generation to insure high quality, professional sales documentation is sent to customers.
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
