Kula Bio seeks an experienced HR practitioner to support our on-site employee practices. As the HR Generalist help the broader Kula Bio team by providing regular and consistent support administering key HR practices and policies. On a regular day you will lead employee recruitment and sourcing, administer benefits and leaves, support employee engagement and teambuilding activities, provide metrics and reporting, and implement a performance management process. This individual will work closely with our Leadership team to ensure efficient daily HR operations and design effective plans and employee practices to benefit the organization.
To thrive in this role you have broad HR experience through the employee life-cycle. You are a strong recruiter with the ability to synthesize technical information and create an engaging onboarding experience. You exude professionalism and value a team-oriented environment in a fast-paced entrepenurial setting.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in a HR position with progressive work experience
- Demonstrable experience in the application of standard procedures and knowledge of current regulations
- Highly professional with the ability to exercise discretion
- PHR or SHRM Certification
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills, analytical, leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, Outlook and Paylocity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize own work, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Sense of initiative, sound judgement and problem-solving approach
- Self-reliant, self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to help others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
