AWS Connect Developer

Charlotte, NC (Remote)

Must Have

• Discovery, design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solution with several integrations to other 3rd party applications.
• Amazon Lambda skill/experience is a must
• Complex call flow designs including Trasncription,call recoding, screen recording and outbound dialing campaign.
• Amazon Marketplace apps integration including Acqueon.
• Experience working in IVR technology involving API work in Java, rest API node JS
• Solution will support multiple environments, for example: dev, test, staging, production.
• Work closely with cross functional team members and project leads to coordinate delivery of project timeline and milestones including daily/weekly status updates and project planning.
