Role: Principal Compensation Analyst
Duration: 03 Months (Temp to perm possibility based on the skill set)
Job Location: Franklin Lakes, New Jersey
Role Type: Remote. Preferable to work in East coast hours.
Looking for:
· Being able to develop financial models as work involves developing incentive plans, lot of math involved and involves collaborating with finance, budget etc.
· Expertise in Excel in developing dynamic models.
· Good communication skills are needed.
· Involves interacting with HR and IT departments. Knowledge of technical HR IT is required.
· Workday experience is preferred. At least familiarity is needed. Should be able to review output from Workday.
· Exposure to incentive plans is preferred along with compensation background.
· HR generalist experience would not be suitable. No HR generalists.
· Role is not a part of Benefits or Total rewards.
Must haves:
· Involves working with data which is global in nature not just US. Deal with global data.
· Need to have Annual year end Cycle Process experience.
· Develop Pay out models, pay roll curves, stress testing pay out models, salary budget modelling.
· Data review and manipulation, creating financial or compensation models.
Education:
· 5+ years of relevant experience is needed.
· Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in finance or analytical type of degree.
Interview:
· Video conference interview with the hiring manager.
