POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR / Employee Relations Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling assigned administrative tasks within the Human Resources function. Primary responsibilities will include onboarding of new hires, maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration and ad hoc HR duties. This role will also partner with the payroll specialist to ensure timely and accurate entry of information into the HRIS/Payroll system.
