Role
Under the leadership of the Director of Policy and with oversight from the Boston Community Health Needs Assessment-Community Health Improvement Plan (CHNA-CHIP) Collaborative Steering Committee, the Project Director will be responsible for supporting all aspects of coordination of the Boston CHNA CHIP Collaborative, and staffing, coordination and implementation of triennial community health needs assessment and community health improvement plans, consistent with all statutory, administrative, and regulatory requirements applicable to Collaborative members. This includes coordinating, planning and executing all meetings and follow-up for the Collaborative Steering Committee, Operations Committee, Communications Committee, four CHIP Implementation Committees, and all associated working groups of the Collaborative, including planning and execution of at least one annual community meeting for Boston residents and stakeholders and monthly status reports for the Collaborative Steering Committee. The Project Director will also be responsible for all meeting planning, preparation and logistics, and managing the expenses and communication and technology needs of the Collaborative.
