Job Description
Working at one of the best and fastest growing medical spas in the country, the Office Manager is responsible for maintaining a smooth operation of the clinic in Aventura by managing personnel, monitoring compliance requirements, following corporate guidelines and regularly communicating with the management and supporting staff such as accountants, other office managers, vendors, suppliers, sales channels reps etc. Familiarity with Medical Spa environment and business processes is a huge plus, but general medical office management experience will be helpful too. Regular and transparent communication, ability to gain and maintain trust of management, problem solving skills varying from timely ordering of supplies to coordinating inventory reviews with the corporate office are key focus points of this positions. Accessibility after hours and also on weekends is required (on as needed basis) to assist in organizing training and customer events. Positive, open, and relaxing personality is a must, ability to focus under stress and tight deadlines is also necessary. Evaluating staff performance, regular reviews, timely and professional correction of any discovered shortcomings or areas of improvements is an integral part of this position. Direct involvement in resolution of customer complains in coordination with the management.
