An ideal candidate must have experience working in an accounting firm for no less than 2 years. Job responsibilities include posting payroll, preparing payroll tax deposits, tax returns and sales tax returns; data entry; coping & filing; and office duties.
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook and QuickBooks.
Applicants must want only part time work that averages around 15 to 24 hours a week. During tax season (late January through April 15th) weekly hours will vary but will average around 25 hours per week.
