We seek an experience HR Business Partner to join our team at the Rosewood Ranch! This position is officed at the location.
The HR Business Partner performs Human Resources-related duties at the professional level and may carry-out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Compliance, Employee Relations, Training, Benefits, Leaves of Absence and Payroll.
Responsibilities Include::
Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.
Provides hands-on support to the management team and all employees.
Leads Employee Engagement initiatives.
Provides support for our locations in California and Texas.
Oversees training to ensure completion and compliance with state licensing and The Joint Commission requirements.
Assists with recruitment for positions at the Rosewood Ranch location.
Assists with personnel file audits to ensure all compliance related information has been obtained and is current to meet state licensing and The Joint Commission requirements.
Reads and interprets state regulations and license requirements to set up onboarding and auditing processes, job requirements, write job descriptions, and ensure compliance.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws and regulations and according to Company guidelines.
Assists with regular reviews of reports in order to ensure all licenses, trainings (i.e., CPR, CPI), employee health screening requirements, and Company required information is current based on each employee’s location and position.
Produces and submits reports on general HR activity as requested.
Qualifications::
Bachelor’s degree in a human resources or related field and min two years’ experience in healthcare HR or equivalent combination of education and experience.
In lieu of a Bachelors degree, a minimum of an Associates degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Multistate HR healthcare experience strongly preferred.
SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR preferred
On site position with 15% travel
