Description:
General Front Desk clinic Duties for the OBGYN, mental health, and accupuncture clinic in Minneapolis
Check in, insurance verification, registration, follow up scheduling appointments as patients are leaving, some phone calls to transfer calls, lab check in, rightfax indexing to medical records team
Will work with taking referrals from physicians
Once training is done they will work side by side with someone in the Clinic
They will be using EPIC as the electronic medical records system to schedule the appointments.
