Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition specialist will focus on full-cycle recruitment for Boyum Barenscheer employees and interns. You’ll create/execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role and shephard candidates through each stage of the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience. This role will have you building relationships with higher education institutions/representatives and attending career fairs to maintain a talent pipleine for the firm. Finally, you’ll help with conceptualization and execution of Boyum Barenscheer employee events to foster a positive, inclusive work environment and attract potential employees.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications
The right candidate will have at least one year of talent acquisition experience – either on the agency side or in a “corporate” setting. This role requires the Talent Acquisition Specialist to prioritize and perform several tasks concurrently. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and colleagues is a must.
