As the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), you will join the S&C Human Resources Leader team as an instrumental leader in driving S&C’s DE&I strategy and goals. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). You will play a critical role in developing and executing the DE&I strategy, building partnerships with key cross-functional partners including Marketing & Communications, Supplier Diversity, and all members of the Leadership Team, and ensuring the growth and success of S&C’s Employee Resource Groups. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have experience building foundational DE&I programs that positively impact S&C team member’s sense of belonging. We are looking for a candidate with a breadth of experience and deep understanding of DEI learning and development strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in achieving results, building trust and consensus through consulting with various audiences (team members, affinity groups and community leaders) and influencing our leadership and staff. They will inspire as a leader, thought partner, and agent of change, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change.
