Partners with PEO and appointed vendors for outsourced benefits programs to ensure employees’ issues are prioritized and questions are properly resolved.
Provide guidance to employees and leadership on established policies, procedures, programs, trends, and risks. Triage, serve as subject matter expert for, and resolve escalated business inquiries
