Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions
Process and reconcile accounts payable & receivable
Prepare budget forecasts
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Manage recruitment including posting job requirements internal and external, screening candidates as needed.
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, employee changes.
Manage benefits administration.
Coordinate with others to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Data collection, preparation of employee census information for compliance reports
Payroll will be within job responsibilities.
Other tasks as assigned.

Specific finance and/or accounting knowledge would be beneficial
Experienced with handling multiple entities and intercompany transactions
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Familiar with inventory management system, ideally within the F&B industry
Slightly experienced or willing to learn payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma.
Finance/administration certificate and/or 2 years AR/AP/Admin experience would be considered advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
