Job Brief:
The HR Assistant will play an essential role in managing daily HR operations, and facilitate with immigration and relocation process. Involved in improving process efficiency with a data-driven approach, as well as supporting various meaningful HR projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including on-boarding, transfers, offboarding, etc..
Assist and facilitate with immigration processing and relocation assistance.
Input, update and manage employee information in our HR system, and participate in our new HRIS implementation.
Run regular HR reports from various HR systems and analyze data to identify trends/issues.
Work with HQ on system access management, employee data integration and process improvements.
Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
*This role will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment, and report to the Senior Manager, HR/Americas HR Operations Lead
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Human Resources related concentration.
Strong interest in Human Resources or People Operations. Previously related experience with immigration and relocation is a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize their workload independently.
Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results.
Comfortable solving complex problems while navigating ambiguity.
Excellent reporting skills using Excel, and previous experience with analytics is a plus.
