AUTOMOTIVE OFFICE MANAGER

THE POSITION: In this multifaceted full-time role, this individual will be tasked with overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and ensuring our front office staff and processes maintain efficiency. The ideal candidate is a meticulous professional with excellent communication skills who is passionate about motivating others to do their best work. At LaFontaine, we have a proven track record of promoting from within and our office managers serve as our development position to advancement to Controller as performance and attributes warrant.
