Multi-Unit Regional Training Manager
We’re looking for a full-time multi-unit Regional Training Manager to manage several of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Long Island market.
About the Position of Multi-Unit Regional Training Manager
Regional Training Managers are responsible for ensuring the maximum profitability of multiple retail centers by managing performance, driving sales to achieve company objectives, training and developing personnel, and controlling operating costs. In addition to executing corporate directives, our Regional Training Managers implement and manage operational processes in further of our commitment to exceed customers’ expectations, uphold Mavis’s complete customer satisfaction guarantee and adhere to our strict code of ethics. To advance sales initiatives and achieve profit goals, Regional Training Managers visit the retail centers for which they are responsible and develop strategies for maximizing the development of each member of Team Mavis’s field operations. With our revolutionary digital dashboards, Regional Training Managers can track the success of their retail centers and watch their weekly earnings grow as they lead by example.
Compensation and Benefits Package
As a multi-unit Regional Training Manager, your total compensation package will include both a base salary and additional incentive compensation. With competitive weekly pay, including weekly bonus opportunities, top-performing Regional Training Managers earn over $100,000 per year. Qualifications
We recruit team members who share our commitment to providing complete customer satisfaction and delivering the highest quality service. To be eligible for the position of Regional Training Manager, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; (3) possess 3 years of multi-unit retail store management experience with a demonstrated track record in successful sales performance sales in a customer experience focused environment; and (4) possess 5 years of management responsibility at retail tire and/or automotive repair location.
