Job Description:
The HR Products Professional is responsible for implementing new Onboarding, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking, Learning Management, and Compensation Management accounts as well as servicing existing accounts. The HR Products Professional communicates with clients via phone and email to provide assistance with technical, navigational, and related inquiries regarding services in the HR Products department. The HR Products Professional additionally works as a liaison with other departments to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures the daily support of clients and answers questions regarding Onboarding, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking, Learning Management, Compensation Management and related HR processes.
Maintains and in-depth knowledge of Proliant technology, features, and usage.
Maintains a secure and professional environment, ensuring that key, personal data is kept confidential.
Serves as primary support for Proliant’s E-Hire, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Applicant Tracking, and other HR Product tools as needed.
Contributes to team effort by participating in projects, reviewing content, sharing ideas, and exuding a positive and professional attitude.
Advises clients on system functionality and ensures communication with other team members.
Collects necessary materials from HR Products clients and sets up new accounts.
Manages HR Products implementation timelines alongside payroll implementation or as directed by the client.
Works with E-Verify to create accounts for new, participating clients; as needed processes I-9s through E-Verify according to regulations.
Provides strategic HR guidance and solutions in relation to Form I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and hiring practices.
Monitors system issues through replication and research and partners with the development team to resolve them.
Catalogs client feedback and experience to be used for product enhancement initiatives.
Formats client-specific documents for inclusion in Onboarding.
Assists clients in scheduling Onboarding, Performance Management, and other HR Product trainings; trains clients in assigned HR products.
Occasionally solicits new business from existing clients not currently using Onboarding.
Communicates with clients via phone and email to assist with technical, navigational, and HR related inquiries.
Excels in customer service to ensure all clients are highly satisfied.
Professionally services clients and collaborates with other representatives.
Proactively identifies issues and solutions for internal and external clients to quickly address their needs.
Stays up-to-date on payroll and HR regulations and industry items as to ensure compliance, as well as for certification upkeep when relevant.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or similar field.
Prior HR experience of 1-2 years a plus.
Previous payroll service bureau experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
High understanding of and ability to develop proficiency in Company software and all other applicable software programs.
Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and accountable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills and comfortable communicating in serious scenarios.
Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and activities with strict time sensitive deadlines.
Compensation: $16-$20/ hour
