Our cosmetic, medical practice is seeking a skilled, positive, responsible, reliable, organized professional with experience in an aesthetic medical practice, dermatology or cosmetic surgery.
Our office environment requires everyone to multitask and act as team player. Aside from core job skills, everyone on our team must be able to provide exceptional customer service, have strong verbal and email communication skills, be comfortable using computers, spreadsheets and electronic medical records. 10 finger typing skills are required and a test may be given at your interview.
Excellent phlebotomy skills required. Please do not apply if you are unable to perform blood draws efficiently.
The right candidate will have a core role in the growth and development of the practice in addition to assisting our doctor with the management of the patients , office and the business. We want someone who is able to do anything from front desk duties to rooming patients, scribing and assisting with procedures.
Our mission is to make people look and feel better inside and out. We are a unique practice with a very diverse service offering from outpatient liposuction, botox, fillers, and aesthetic lasers to hormone replacement and treating patients with chronic illness using a functional medicine approach.
If you need simplicity and a routine day, this would not be the right position for you. Every day we help a broad range of patient with many state-of-the art treatments.
We are a high energy group that works hard for our patients. Successful applicants must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, work well with others and act as a mature individual. Team members must be able to leave personal issues at the door and remain focused on patient needs throughout the day. Cell phone use during the day is not permitted outside of break times.
We are very strict with our COVID protocols. Candidate must be able to wear a mask the entire work day.
Compensation depends on education and level of experience. Full time or Part time work is available for the right person. Applicant must have a reliable car. Our primary office is just outside of Philadelphia in Bala Cynwyd and we prefer candidates who live within 20 miles of the office.
Our office hours are generally between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday-Friday and 8:30-4pm on two Saturdays per month. Staff members are scheduled during our hours of operation. Full time staff members work two Saturdays per month. Most full time staff members work an average of 36 hours per week. Overtime wages are paid if someone is working more then 40 hours in one week.
Punctuality and attendance are a must. We are a small team. We rely on each other for a smooth operation.
Twice a month some of the staff will work at a satellite facility in Maple Shade, NJ. All other work days are spent in our Bala Cynwyd location.
Benefits of Full Time Employment
-5 days of paid vacation after the first 6 months of employment. 3 additional days can be earned through accumulated PTO time. More unpaid time off is possible with coordination of other staff members.
-$300 per month is paid toward health insurance after you have completed a 90-day probationary period. We use the Blue Cross Silver Plan
-401K after a year of full-time employment
-Profit sharing after two years of full-time employment
