Job Overview:
CalArk International is seeking to add a Network Administrator to our Information Technology department. This is a full-time position with typical hours on Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
This position will be expected to be responsible for the infrastructure of our international organization footprint. This includes networking (WAN/LAN), windows servers (physical & virtual), client systems, phone systems, patch management, security, and managing the support desk.
This is a 100% on-site (non-remote) position in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Essential Functions:
· Setup/maintenance of ISP connections, SD-WAN, LAN, switching, VPN (site to site & client), wireless, phone system/lines and all other aspects of telecommunications.
· Administration of Windows Server Domain environment including Active Directory / Hybrid Office365 environment.
· Implements cybersecurity protocols, ensures compliance, and responds to incidents.
· Establishes backup strategy, validation, & maintenance.
· Responsible for client system setup, support, patching, & maintenance.
· Manages support desk flow & performance of support desk system.
· Setup/maintenance of proximity card system & video security.
· Interacts with all departments to ensure needs/requirements are met by IT department.
· Support of all systems/services/users as needed to support the business.

· Ability to operate standard office equipment i.e., computer (software programs and email), telephone systems, calculators, copiers, and fax machines.
· Proficient computer skills with MS Office, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Must demonstrate the ability to learn and comprehend new software that may be used daily.
· Ability to multi-task and operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to problem solve by analyzing, observing, and prioritizing.
· Ability to effectively interact with others, including but not limited to internal and/or external customers, members of management and vendors.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, branch management, corporate management, clients, and the general public.
· Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of network/server administration in Windows Server/Active Directory environment.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology.
· Industry standard certifications preferred – Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.
· Experience with Cisco Meraki and Veeam are significant advantages.
