DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position serves as an Assistant within a field office for the Infrastructure and Economic Development Human Resource Delivery Center’s (IEDHRDC) Field Operations. The position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and technical human resource duties in talent acquisition including coordinating all seasonal program, SAP Role mapping administration, School to Employment Program Coordinator and the Employee Performance Review Coordinator activities, and providing general human resource program support.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment. 7.5 hours per week; 37.5 hours per week; 75 hours biweekly.
Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
AWS (Alternate Work Schedule) eligible after successful probationary period.
Travel as required.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, (3 days per week). In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Venango County, Oil City PA.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience as a Human Resource Assistant 1; or
Two years of clerical or other comparable experience, one year of which involved performance of limited technical duties in the field of human resource work; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
