In your new role as an Sales Account Manager, you will manage existing customer activity including the overall care, growth, and retention of a commercial customer base. You will focus on increasing revenues, product penetration, and improving overall profitability. You will also manage changes to existing customer accounts, renew contracts, respond to RFPs, and foster existing customer loyalty. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to take the lead on resolving customer issues through escalation to the appropriate teams and timely follow-up. In addition, you will also focus on developing new accounts, by prospecting new business customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering compelling telecommunications solutions that meet those needs in a timely manner. You will consistently drive new and existing business development, with a goal to grow the assigned book of business, in a quota driven environment.
*This is a hybrid position that will allow work at home two (2) days a week*
