Job Summary:
The Director has operational responsibility for all aspects of diagnostic imaging and treatment and related support services within the Department of Radiology. Collaborates with physician and hospital leadership, to ensure delivery of effective, efficient and patient centered services in accordance with the Hospital’s objectives, policies and procedures.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Five to ten years demonstrated experience including supervision & management is required. Radiology experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree in related field of business, health care profession or health care administration is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Strong leadership traits/abilities, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are required to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
