Essential Duties:
Completes all new-hire paperwork to include: applications, I-9s, all necessary and related paperwork and data entry. Verifies all I-9 documentation and maintains those records. Conducts new employee orientation including new Partner paperwork/files.
Maintains confidential HR files ensuring files are kept up-to-date and that access is limited to staff who are authorized to access the information.
Provides support to TD Partners by answering general HR-related questions (i.e., general benefits, leave of absence, and company HR policies and procedures).
Assists with the termination process and all related paperwork, including unemployment claims.
Provides reports on key HR issues using data retrieved from the company’s HR system.
Assists in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all assigned Partners.
Assists in organizational training and development efforts and is the local keeper of these records.
Assists with the maintenance and communication of records and compliance activities as required by law or local governing bodies.
Assists in coordination of safety related activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
0-2 years of experience.
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Knowledge of human resources processes.
Strong ability in using MS Office (e.g. MS Excel and MS Powerpoint).
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Good organizational and time management skills.
