Description: The Behavioral Health Team Lead is under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer or designee. The Team Lead has responsibility for planning and directing the Behavioral Health Department at the Health Center, to ensure the achievement of the Health Center’s mission. Additionally, the Team Lead fulfills the role of a LICSW Behavioral Health Provider and has responsibility for direct patient care at the Health Center.
Implicit in the spirit of this job description is an expectation that the Team Lead will commit to highly professional conduct in all formal patient and staff interactions, attend punctually all clinical sessions and meeting obligations, and demonstrate leadership attributes as appropriate to the responsibilities assigned in the Behavioral Health Department.
