The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for administering human resources policies, procedures, programs, and events in support of business goals and objectives. Collects and maintains HR data and processes paperwork according to established procedures. Support recruitment efforts and onboarding of new employees. Prepares internal employee communications regarding benefits, company policies, and wellness programs. Maintains familiarity with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures to support employees.
