Essential Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing day to day operations while improving culture, meeting standards, and exceeding metrics. Implementing changes within the clinic and identifying creative solutions to achieve key performance indicators. Qualifications:
1. Minimum of Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)
2. Three to five years of leadership experience (preferred)
3. Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.
4. Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
5. Ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with peers and subordinates.
6. Ability to accomplish required tasks without supervision.
7. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
8. Skilled in Microsoft Office components including excel.
