Summary:
This position supports the design and assessment of compensation programs to ensure they are appropriate to the needs of the organization, are competitive and compliant. In partnership with internal and external resources this position will be accountable for understanding business priorities and enacting compensation related strategies to achieve them. The role must balance competing priorities, problem-solve, and work with a diverse body of stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities include: Provide guidance, direction and insight for job evaluations to ensure consistency in assessments across the Enterprise; actively partner with other areas of Human Resources to business leaders to facilitate.
Create complex data analyses and identify themes to evaluate compensation design alternatives against business objectives.
Develop various presentations for Total Rewards leadership and other senior executives relative to design and competitiveness of compensation elements of Team Member total rewards.
Monitor the effectiveness of programs and recommend modifications to reduce costs and improve effectiveness.
Serve as project manager for large and complex projects ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are established and met. Resolving, or escalating to project sponsors as needed, issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Partner with internal resources to create communications to drive program engagement and effectiveness.
Provide advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience: 5+ years of compensation or related experience
Special Skills: Relationship Building; Communication; Consulting; Strategic Thought Leadership; Business Impact Focus; Courage; Creative Analytical, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking; People Leadership; Simplification; CCP or similar certification a plus
