JOB SUMMARY
The Office of Student Financial Aid Services is seeking an organized, customer-oriented,
self-motivated Financial Aid Officer. The incumbent will communicate effectively with a diverse population of students, families, and campus
partners, providing financial aid counseling to walk-ins as well as via email and phone calls. Additional duties include serving as a
presenter for outreach events, assisting with all aspects of financial aid processing, and leading the coordination of several key
administrative areas including but not limited to client services, scholarships, and student employment.

APPOINTMENT TERMS
This is a full-time, twelve-month position. The hiring
range is $54,734-$71,154; salary will be commensurate with education and experience as determined by the University. Other rights, terms,
and conditions of employment are contained in the collective bargaining agreement between the University of Connecticut and the University
of Connecticut Professional Employees Association (UCPEA).
