Romer Debbas LLP, a 30+ attorney law firm in midtown NYC, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant to work directly with the firm’s management team. Candidate should have experience with email blast and social media advertising, graphics using Canva and Photoshop, event planning, videos (including uploading to YouTube) as well as basic WordPress skills. Ideal candidate will come from a marketing and tech savvy background as this role will work a lot with our CMS systems.
Position also involves executive assistant responsibilities including phones and managing calendars of firm executives. Seeking someone energetic, positive, willing to learn and grow with the firm, and someone who can handle multiple tasks at once.
You will be working with the firm (Romer Debbas) as well as with our real estate school. (Real Estate Center 4 Success)
